2011
Pond and Garden Tour is
June
25 & 26, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
|
|
The
2011 Pond-O-Rama Pond and Garden tour will feature 42
beautiful gardens located throughout the St. Louis metropolitan
area and in the metro east. You can go north or south,
east or west, or in all directions, and find St. Louis
Water Gardening Society members ready to share their
gardens and talk about their ponds. Each location is
scheduled for one of the two days of the tour, either
Saturday, June 25, or Sunday, June 26. The hours are
from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. About one-third of the
locations are new to the tour this year, so there will
be a lot to see-plan to spend both days visiting with
our members.
Tickets for the tour will be available to members at
the May and June general meetings. Each member household
is entitled to two free tickets. Each person 18 years
of age or older visiting the gardens must have a ticket.
Children under the age of 18 do not need a ticket. Tickets
will be delivered to retail outlets in mid-May and should
be available for sale by May 25. For a list of all retailers
who are selling Pond-O-Rama tickets, click
here.
You can buy tickets at our May or June regular meeting,
or you can order tickets from this website to be sent
by mail at a cost of $2 per ticket ordered. Click
here for a copy of the order to print out and
mail with your check. (Remember to add $2 per ticket
ordered for handling and postage costs.) Tickets will
be mailed upon receipt of the order and the payment.
The St. Louis Water Gardening Society also is offering
a discount of $2 off each ticket ordered in groups of
10 or more. For more information about the group ticket
purchases, contact Alice Gibson, 618-876-1628, or email.
Photos of previous tours also are available. Click the

best gardens in St. Louis.
